Jumping Victoria Committee Annual Meeting
The discipline committee is currently seeking individuals to fill vacant positions.
Please consider applying for the role if you are interested and possess the necessary qualifications. Your contribution will be invaluable to the committee's work and the organisation's overall success.
Below are the positions currently available on the Jumping Committee that will be filled following the Jumping Victoria Annual Meeting conducted on the 25th of March 2025. All details on the nomination and voting process for these elected positions can be found below. The positions up for election are:
• Chair
• Secretary/Treasurer
• Riders Representative
• Officials Representative
• Organising Committee Representative
Nomination Process
Nominations open on 25 February 2025 (AEDT) and close on 13 March 2025 (AEDT). To nominate for a position, please submit your application via the JotForm link: Nomination Form Registration
To participate in the voting process, individuals must register between 25 February 2025 (AEDT) and 13 March 2025 (AEDT).

Post-Election Process
Once elected, each committee member will receive a copy of the Equestrian Victoria (EV) Constitution, current bylaws, and an outline of their responsibilities within Jumping Victoria. Jumping Victoria will then notify the EV Board of the new committee members for formal ratification.
