CEO Position - Equestrian Victoria

We have been delighted to have the strong support of Derek O’Leary in the interim CEO role from July 2024 with Equestrian Victoria, who has, in his short time, introduced and delivered on strong governance, processes and improvements across many disciplines and our EV office team. 

The Equestrian Victoria Board are continuing to develop a sustainable operating model that supports our members, volunteers and disciplines and takes Equestrian Victoria into a leading future for which the appointment of the permanent CEO role is a key deliverable. 

Applications for the CEO EV role are welcomed from those who have a passion for equestrian, organisational excellence, and people leadership and who take a member-centric approach to everything they do.
