NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE MEMBERS OF EQUESTRIAN FEDERATION OF AUSTRALIA - VICTORIA BRANCH INC. WILL BE HELD ONLINE VIA TEAMS ON 9 NOVEMBER 2022 AT 7:30PM (AEDT).
ATTENDING THE AGM
All ELIGIBLE VOTING members need to register to attend the AGM using Teams. Please register using the address below.

You will then receive a confirmation email with the meeting details, including a link to JOIN THE TEAMS MEETING. Note that you may need to install Microsoft Teams onto your device if you do not have it already installed.

Registration must be completed by 7 November, 5:00pm.
VOTING
Voting will take place using Election Buddy. On 8 November all registered members will receive an email with instructions on how to register for Election Buddy and how to vote.
Please check your email, including in 'Junk', 'Spam' or 'Other' if you cannot find either the registration confirmation or the Election Buddy email in your Inbox.
If you do not receive either email, contact the Equestrian Victoria office via email: [email protected]prior to the meeting date.
Affiliate voting will NOT be conducted online. Please see instructions for Affiliates below.
