Show Horse Committe Report - May 2022

JUDGES SEMINAR - SAVE THE DATE 
The Judges Seminar will be conducted on Sunday 24th July at Werribee Park Equestrian Centre. 

We are looking forward to an informative and interactive day…..watch this space with further details and booking information to be announced shortly.

RIDER CLINICS
The first of our three winter Show Horse rider clinics will be conducted at Werribee Park on Saturday 25th June. Instructors for this clinic will be Greg Mickan and Brian Scholes.
Applications for positions for the June clinic will be invited shortly

• July clinic booked for Saturday 23rd July
• August clinic booked for Saturday 20th August

MEASURING DAYS
We are still in the process of finalising dates & locations – more information coming soon.

OWNER RIDER CLASSES
The committee continued to review the criteria for Owner Rider classes to ensure these events are for those they are intended for. We are aware to the importance of this section to our members and the need to get it right. We hope to provide an update as soon as this is finalised.

SENSORY HAIRS
Equestrian Australia has banned the trimming of sensory hairs effective from 1st July 2022. We will provide an update on this policy when it comes to hand.
