Commercial Affiliates

WHO IS IT FOR?

Businesses or groups which align with Equestrian Australia (EA) to access EA services for a commercial benefit.

TYPES OF COMMERCIAL AFFILIATES:

Corporate members (e.g. equestrian centres, businesses)
Riding centres/schools
Horse breeders/studs

Note:
- Syndicate/ Corporate Ownership / Breeders:
This membership type is for those wishing to register horses only.
What can’t you do: No ads on EV Website, Owners are owners only – no voting rights, non-competitor, no insurance.

- Commercial / Trader:
Businesses or groups which align with Equestrian Australia (EA) to access EA services for a commercial benefit.

EVENT LICENCEES BENEFITS OF COMMERCIAL AFFILIATION

EA insurance discounted packages
Use of EA sport rules & intellectual property (IP)
Ability to deliver EA accredited programs (such as Ready Set Trot, Horse Management and Riding)
Access to EA & State Communications
Full and Base Horse Registration
Corporate members, horse breeders and studs may purchase a competition licence

AFFILIATION REQUIRMENTS

Along with the application form, copies of the following must be provided as part of the affiliation application:

Proof of Current Incorporation. (Certificate and/or Proof of your Last Annual Statement lodged)
A copy of Public Liability Insurance Certificate of Currency. (MUST be for $20,000,000 or more with a minimum of 12 months coverage)
A copy of Risk Management Policy including Biosecurity Policy & Plan.
In completing this affiliation form, all groups seeking affiliation, recognise and acknowledge that ALL affiliated events dates, regardless of discipline, must be ratified by the respective Equestrian Victorian Discipline Sub-Committee prior to publication or advertisement.

Affiliations will not be finalised until all paperwork has been received and accepted by the EA State Branch office.
