CONSTITUTIONAL REVIEW

In line with continually evolving best governance practices in sport, EV will be undertaking a review of its constitution during 2025.  The purpose of the review is to ensure it aligns with the: 

• Associations Incorporation Reform Act 2012;
• ASC’s sports governance principles.

 A revised draft constitution will be circulated to members and other key EV stakeholders in early May.  Feedback will be sought from, and consultations sessions will be held with, members and other key EV stakeholders over winter.  EV hopes to adopt the new Constitution in October this year so it is in force for this year’s annual general meeting.
