Expressions of Interest Now Open

The Victorian Youth Dressage Championships are held each January and are the marquee youth dressage event on Equestrian Victoria’s (EV) annual event calendar.

As EV looks to broaden participation and elevate the event, we are now seeking Expressions of Interest for an Event Director to work with a passionate and skilled volunteer committee as well as EV staff to continue to deliver a fantastic member experience.

Key roles and attributes include:

• An understanding of the sport of Dressage – previous event experience is important
• The ability to work well with other people including volunteers and EV Staff
• Ability to liaise with and manage suppliers and contractors associated with the event
• Develop strong, loyal mutually beneficial relationships with event sponsors
• The ability to coordinate several event projects at the same time
• Financial management
• Resilience and a good sense of humour!

We want you to have a great experience as well and EV will support you and your committee to deliver this event.

Ideally we are looking for someone to take this event to the next level and for a minimum 2 year commitment.

Remuneration will be negotiated and currently includes a base honorarium.
