EA National Stewards Course & Refresher
Calling all EA Dressage and Show Horse Stewards.
An official EA Dressage & Show Horse Stewards’ Seminar will be held 3 November 2019 at Werribee Park NEC. Course Director will be Cathie Drury-Klein (FEI Level 3, Dressage Steward General) and will be of interest to all current Stewards who wish to reaccredit, and potential Stewards who are interested in becoming accredited. It will also be useful to club members / volunteers who regularly gear check for their club events or shows but are interested in broadening their knowledge. Stewarding is not just about gear checking. If you are interested in horse welfare, running successful events, helping competitors and making sure that rules are followed, this course is for you. Stewarding is a fantastic way to be a part of a show or dressage event.
Held in conjunction with the Dressage Festival Fundraiser and an official EA Measuring event, there will be lots of opportunities for both practical and theory sessions. Potential stewards will benefit from working with experienced EA and FEI level stewards and there will be great opportunities to network and be mentored.
