New Member Services Officer Verity Wolf
Equestrian Victoria welcomes Verity Wolf to the role of Member Services Officer. Verity brings twenty years extensive experience in business administration and customer service, having run her own B&B in New Zealand for several years, as well as having served as a customer service officer at Moonee Valley Racecourse and Parks Victoria. Verity has also had a previous role with EV as Dressage and Coaching coordinator. Verity will work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. and is looking forward to combining her time with us as well as fitting in making progress with her own horse. She will be answering members calls, processing horse and member registrations, and providing back up for general office functions.
Operations support
We also have some familiar faces returning to the office to assist with supporting members and EV operations.
Sue McKay who many will know from her events management involvement, will be providing part time support to EV operations. Sue has an extensive events management background, having had a long involvement with the Melbourne International 3DE, DJWTS and key show horse events such as The Nationals & Barastoc, and she is also part of the team that delivers EQUITANA.
We are also thrilled to welcome Emilie Van Sonsbeek back to the office part time. Emilie has a strong association with the show jumping discipline, and in 2022 will be completing her final year of law school. She will be assisting with the inter school program over the university break and leading into the event.
We are pleased that Jan Smith, who is well known to the EV community and a librarian by training, will be coordinating the Off The Track program. Jan is, amongst other things, a dressage coach and coach skills assessor and is heavily involved in the discipline of Dressage. She also oversees the EA swabbing program in Victoria.
Verity, Jan, Emilie and Sue will be a great asset to our team, and to assisting members, and we welcome them on board.
