COVIDSafe Briefings - November 2021
Equestrian Victoria is holding two COVIDSafe Briefings to help and guide members and event organisers as we move into Phase C and Phase D of the Victorian Government's Covid Roadmap, and return to events and competitions.
ATTENDANCE
The government has announced the settings for Phase C and these are now in place. We expect there will be different settings required when we reach Phase D. Therefore, it is compulsory that 1 – 2 people from each club or event attend these briefings.
BRIEFING NO 1 - WEDNESDAY 10 NOVEMBER 2021
This briefing is being held to help you make sense of the public health settings and answer your questions for Phase C of the Roadmap. This briefing will cover:
- new public health order settings and guidelines
- vaccination requirements
- COVIDSafe plans
- Public Event Framework
- What to do if your club or event have an outbreak
- COVID Marshalls and COVID Check In Marshalls
These areas are all building on the foundations built over the last 18 months.
BRIEFING NO 2 - TUESDAY 30 NOVEMBER 2021
As Victoria moves into Phase D, this briefing will cover the latest update for community sport and sporting events (National Plan: Phase D). It will include any settings from Phase C that remain, as well as an explanation of any new settings. This briefing will cover:

- COVIDSafe plans
- Public Event Framework
- What to do if your club or event have an outbreak
- COVID Marshalls and COVID Check In Marshalls
